Rules to keep in mind when applying the law of vibration

No matter how much you know about the law of vibration, if you don't apply it regularly, and practice every day to maintain high states of mind, things won't work out well and we tend to face obstacles in our journey.

After trying months after months, here are my observations on how to apply the law of vibration in your daily lives to get the most out of it.

1. Don't overthink about it

Maintaining your state of mind is the most important part of this practice. You don't have to overthink about how to do it or do any overwhelming rituals or journaling. Just make sure that you're maintaining a particular positive state of mind like gratitude, excitement, curiosity to learn and explore more. Just don't fall into the trap of negativity.

2. Don't overshare

Keep your manifestation journey secret. If you do your manifestation rituals and prayers in secret, you'll get to see the fruits of your labour quickly and easily. Whereas oversharing can invite unwanted attention and low energies like jealousy, hatred so it's best to avoid sharing your rituals. 

3. Be careful of what you feed your mind and body

Try to avoid junk food as much as possible. And the same goes with your mind. Avoid doomscrolling, consumption of fear creating news, movies that can lower your mood, music that dampens your spirit and other similar negative forms of media. 

4. Tidy up your space 

Your space where you work or relax should be as clean as possible without any kind of clutter. This is the space where you spend most time of your day and a cleaned up space will help in maintaining a positive and uplifted state of mind than a cluttered one will.

5. Do breathing meditation

Breathing exercises can seriously do wonders to your mental health. If you feel stressed up and anxious when you don't see results and find it hard to stay positive, it's best to invest lots of time doing breathing exercises at home. Better if you can find a park or a pollution free open area but you can also do it at home to keep up your high energy mindset.

6. Avoid toxic people 

Maintain boundaries with toxic people or avoid them completely. If they contribute to lowering your energy and you feel any negative emotions like anger, jealousy or non positive behavior from them, it's better to run away and cut off ties with them. It's better to stay alone than to stay with toxic "friends".

7. Invest time in learning new things daily

What this does is that it helps in creating new neural pathways for the brain. It helps in rewiring the brain and this in turn helps a lot in your manifestation journey. You will find it a lot easier to maintain a high vibration when you don't waste your time but spend it wisely on useful activities, productivity and learning a skill.

Low states of mind feed on repetition. The same kind of negative thoughts day in and day out runs without interruption and that creates a negative vibration. When you learn a new skill like a new language or a new skill, this process gets interrupted and it paves the way for developing and maintaining a high vibration mindset. 

But it just creates that path. The rest is upon you. You have to practice regularly to keep up your vibration. The mind will feel relaxed and stable with more positivity because it will be occupied without overstimulation by negative thoughts and external media.

8. Channel your energy without suppression

This means not forcing to maintain a high state. If you try to supress negative thoughts, it's forcing. If you let them channel by physical and mental workouts, it will be channelled. The stagnant negative energy won't stuck with you and with your aura. 

You will radiate a different kind of renewed energy which will definitely help in attracting new and positive experiences. That's why it's essential to maintain spiritual hygiene and physical workouts like running, walking, swimming, yoga or breathing meditation exercises.

9. Follow your excitement 

I've learned this after experimenting various teachings. When you follow your highest excitement, everything automagically flows super smoothly. You don't even have to try to remain positive and energetic.

Everything will work out in your favor with perfect alignment and divine timing. Just trust the process and keep your spirits high and full of excitement!

Don't let the negative thoughts come in the way to disturb the flow. When the flow of pure, positive energy is constant, obstacles will cease to appear. 

10. Read something positive and uplifting every day

Videos do help in uplifting your mood, but reading does a lot more since you look at the words and imagine, the mind connects the words, connects emotions and meanings just from the words and this helps a lot in raising your energy and creating a high vibration state. 

When you read uplifting content, uplifting news, your mind automatically starts to see reality through a positive lens. It feels as if everything will work out the way you want it. And that mindset, even for a few minutes can do wonders to your manifestation journey and maintaining a high vibration state regularly.

The more you practice and read good, uplifting books and articles, the more you'll raise your vibration.

You have to practice directing your energy and thoughts. Your thoughts and emotions don't just produce effects on your body and mind, but also produce effects in areas of your life. 

Experts in this field know this and they direct their thoughts and emotions where needed to get the results they want. When you feel good, you attract more of what will make you feel good. Deep and longer meditation sessions can make this practice more stable and easy to maintain.
