How to disable extensions in Microsoft Edge?

Microsoft Edge offers a lot of great extensions from its own store and the Chrome Web Store, but sometimes you may want to disable an extension temporarily.

To disable extensions in Microsoft Edge, follow the below mentioned steps -

1. Click on the three-dots to open the context menu of Microsoft Edge.

2. Now click on Extensions

3. The extensions page will open.

4. For the extension that you want to disable, click on the toggle button attached to it.

In this case, I'll disable the extension called Momentum.

5. Now the button should be greyed out after disabling the extension.

That's it. Whenever you want to enable an extension, just click on the toggle button again to activate the extension.
